CORPORATION CONSTRUCTION AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT BA RIA – VUNG TAU (UDEC) was transformed and formed from the first-class enterprise belonging to the People’s Committee of Ba Ria Vung Tau province. UDEC officially came into operation as a joint stock company on August 17, 2009, approving business registration and tax registration No. 3500101308 by the Department of Planning.
