The investor, Swan City in Vietnam, with a vision and mission to create and develop metropolitan areas that serve as central, desirable living and resort destinations in the region, officially introduced the SwanBay and Swan Park brands. These projects have a very large scale, covering at least 464.5 hectares up to 942 hectares.
