Founded in 2002 with 11 founding shareholders, SPN’s shareholders are engineers and PhDs trained at prestigious universities domestically and internationally. They currently hold positions as chairpersons and CEOs of companies operating in various sectors such as real estate, construction, tourism, furniture, garment, and trade. Initially, SPN focused mainly on construction, consulting, investment, and real estate development. This was a foundational period to explore the real estate market in Vietnam and seek investment opportunities in high-end projects aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
